Every Nativity Set we ship starts with your brief and ends with export-ready cartons. Here is what happens inside our factory at each stage.
Inquiry & Quotation
Share your design ideas, reference photos or product sketches via email or messaging. We confirm product type, fabric selection, resin finish, size, MOQ and target price within 24 hours.
Design & Material Selection
Our design team produces detailed figurine sketches and presents fabric swatch options — burlap, linen, velvet, ivory silk — along with embroidery thread and trim samples for your approval.
Resin Casting & Mold Making
Master sculptors carve the prototype by hand. Precision silicone molds are produced and liquid resin is cast to form the figurine body — face, hands and structural parts — with consistent detail across every batch.
Fabric Garment Assembly
Skilled artisans cut, sew and drape handmade fabric garments onto each resin figurine by hand — shaping linen robes, attaching gold embroidery trim, braided rope and decorative accessories one piece at a time.
Hand-painting & Finishing
Fine-brush painters apply skin tones, facial expressions and decorative accents to each resin face and hands. Surface finishing — antique patina, gold plating or crackle glaze — is applied and checked under magnification.
Quality Inspection
Every finished piece passes a three-stage inspection: incoming material check (IQC), in-line process check during assembly and painting, and final QC (FQC) before packing. Defects are removed and per-lot records are kept.
Export Packaging
Each figurine is wrapped in tissue paper and packed into a custom-printed gift box with die-cut foam insert. Outer cartons are reinforced for sea freight. OEM packaging with your brand logo and barcode is available.
Shipment & Delivery
Palletised cartons are loaded into containers at our factory dock. We handle all export documentation — packing list, commercial invoice, B/L coordination — and provide real-time shipment tracking until goods reach your port.
